To register with JF Recruiting you are required to complete a "Personal Details" section plus two further mandatory sections, these are:

1. A “Curriculum Vitae” (from here on referred to as a CV).
   This can be either:-
   1. a Microsoft Word format document (with a file size no larger than 256kb) held on your machine, which you can upload to the system, OR
   2. a CV built using our online CV builder to create a CV via your browser window. If you wish to follow this path please make sure that you have already prepared the document before you proceed further.
   An additional feature to the online CV builder is the ability to upload and include a digital photo. However the system will only accept an image with a maximum file size of 25kb.
   
   Guidelines to minimising image file size are giving below at "Compressing Digital Images"
2. You must provide the name and contact details of at least two referees.

To register with JF Recruiting you have to fill in three different forms.

1. The registration form (mandatory). This directly relates to our search engine, so fill this in carefully.
2. CV upload or builder (mandatory). As described above.
3. The reference page (mandatory). As described above.
4. The self-evaluation sheet (optional). Grade your self on your abilities.

JF Recruiting does not in any way check or amend personal data. It is wholly the responsibility of the person or persons who have registered to ensure their data is both correct and up-to-date. Any personal file that is not checked or amended in a three-month period will be deleted from the system.

References: Unlike most recruitment agencies, JF Recruiting does not track your employment history. Therefore it is vitally important that the data you enter in the reference section is up to date and correct. This will enable future employers to obtain first hand character references.
