Registration Requirements:

To register with JF Recruiting you are required to complete the following:

  • Fill out a "Personal Details" section
  • Upload a photo of yourself (50kbs Jpeg)
  • Load a "Curriculum Vitae" or CV (350kbs Word Doc, PDF or Jpeg)
  • Give the contact details of at least 2 referees.
You may also:
  • Upload written references (500kbs Word Doc, PDF or Jpeg)
  • Upload additional documents or certificates. (500kbs Word Doc, PDF or Jpeg)
Data Security:
We make every effort to keep your data secure. It should be pointed out that JF Recruiting is accessed by third parties throughout the World Wide Web. We do not ask for sensitive data and you should not enter any sensitive data either on our site or your CV. For more information view our data security policy.
References:
Unlike most recruitment agencies, JF Recruiting does not track your employment history. Therefore it is vitally important that the data you enter in the reference section is up to date and correct. This will enable future employers to obtain first hand character references.
Compressing Digital Images:
Your photo is important. We suggest you use free digital image compression software such as photoshop.com to optimize your image to a file size of no more than 50kb. Ideally, it should be a portrait image with a height of 190 pixels.
 
Important Information:
Once you have registered on our database you must log into our system every 14 days otherwise your registration will become inactive and NOT be viewed in an employers search.
