Crew Information held on our database:

• Registration form
• Sailing Crew C.V.
• Names and contact details of at least two referees
• Self-evaluation page (optional)

We do not check or amend data held on our database. It is the responsibility of the employer to check the validity of a candidates credentials.

How does the search engine work?

When the sailing crew register they complete our motor + sailing crew registration form. This holds the basic criteria for an employer to make an informed judgement about the candidates.

Information given by the sailing crew includes: Location, Nationality, Experience, Qualifications, Position sort, etc

It is this information which you use to select your candidates.

Some of our fields work in the negative. An example of this is Nationality. If you do not wish to have particular Nationality on board, you select that Nationality and those candidates are removed from the search.

Maintaining an up to date database.

We require the sailing crew to login every 15 days or their registration becomes inactive. Only active candidates are presented in a search.

References.

It is a requirement of our system that all registered sailing crew include the contact details of at least two referees. These references are not available from the site but can be obtained through the office.

Charges

Monthly registration fee: €150 (Euros) plus €7 (Euros) for credit card transactions or €1 (Euro) for debit cards.

Six monthly registration fee: €300 (Euros) plus €15 (Euros) for credit card transactions or €1 (Euro) for debit cards.

Annual registration fee: €500 (Euros) plus €25 (Euros) for credit card transactions or €1 (Euro) for debit cards.
 

• There is no agency commission charged per candidate placed
• 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with our service, e-mail us with in 30 days to receive your money back.
• There is no limit to the number of crew you can employ within the registration year.
• Your credit card details are not held after registration.
