70m M/Y seeking an experienced crossing chef to cover annual leave.

Start Date around 18-20th March for approximately 3 weeks, departing South Florida To Mediterranean

Cooking for 17-18 crew, lunch and dinner. Large, modern, well equipped galley onboard.

Due to Flag State requirements, you must hold all current relevant documents, including Ships Cooks Certificate, as you will be the only chef onboard for the crossing. Currents chefs will provision and load vessel prior to their leave, so all you have to do is come and cook.

Candidates must be located in the WPB/FLL/MIA area for face to face interviews. 

Please note that this will be a one way ticket to Europe.

Day Rate of €150-180, DOE.
