3rd Chef opportunity on board 100 m+ Private M/Y

Start Date:   End of February 2019

Location:     TBA

Package:     Salary paid in Euros/ month, 122 days leave per year

Experience and Attributes Required:

*Minimum of 2 years’ experience on board 80m+ Yachts, Cruise or River Ships

* Exceptional culinary skills, with a vast international repertoire, skillset and technique

Candidates with exceptional Arabic, Asian and Pastry cuisine and knowledge will be favoured

* Must be able to follow instruction well and work with initiative

* Excellent attention to detail, hygiene and food safety

* Must be able to work well under pressure and to adapt quickly to change

* Excellent personal presentation and hygiene

* Enthusiastic with a positive attitude

Qualifications Required:

* Certified Culinary Trained Chef Degree

* Ship’s Cook Certificate

*STCW (all up-dated)

* Proficiency in Designated Security Duties Certificate

* Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (Minimum 6 months' validity)

* Seaman’s Discharge Book (mandatory)

*  Crisis and Crowd Management (mandatory)

* Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2

Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements 

Non Smokers only and with no visible tattoos
