Our client is looking for a experienced 2nd Chef to join this 100m+ Private M/Y, currently in the Caribbean.



You will be joining a team of 4 in the galley and catering for both guests and up to 30+ crew.  Excellent provisioning skills, budget management  and galley organisation are very important s you will be required to manage the galley when the Head Chef is away.  Skills in baking and pastry would be a plus as would a B1/B2 visa due to vessels itinerary.



90 days leave per year, to be taken around owners use of the vessel.
