Looking for an experienced and professional Head Chef for this Private & Charter 70m+ M/Y.  A strong background in large restaurants , hotels or cruise ships is preferred with good knowledge of provisioning, stock rotation, hygiene and galley management at a senior level.

The ideal candidate will be confident producing varied and interesting menus for both guests and crew, working along side the sous chef.  You will be responsible for all aspects of the galley, reporting to the captain.

Lovely owners who enjoy relaxed family meals and tasting/sharing plates but would also like to be able to offer fining dining menus to visitors and charter guests.  An enthusiastic, team player would be ideal for this position.

You will be required to be on-board during owner trips and charter but there is flexibility with leave otherwise.  Start date can be negotiated.
